Kinesiology is so varied and each different Kinesiology modality has its own focus. I have trained in a number of these modalities in order to encompass as much as I possibly can in my clinical practice. Below I have listed a brief overview of the main modalities I have studied plus their own websites, if they have one. The details below are by no means a complete list of these modalities, or a complete list of all my studies, and should you require further information, please go to the web sites listed.
Also I have attended a number of short courses both about Kinesiology and about general natural health, and there are too many to list here. Because each of us is different, and we each require our own different treatment, my search to help fulfil the needs of my clients goes on as I continue to study and learn as much as I can about health and healing.
Modalities used at Meridian Kinesiology
Meridian Kinesiology: I have developed and number of protocols from the various Kinesiologies listed, the main one being Organisational Neurology. This is a combination protocol which combines N.O.T. with some Educating Alternatives and 3 in 1 Concepts. This protocol is generally used in the first session, as it has its main focus of realigning body, neurology and limbic system. It has been developed over the last few years from the experience and learning in actual clinical settings.
Educating Alternatives (now Neuro-Training): developed by Andrew Verity ND dealing with many and varied health and healing aspects, especially neurology. Specific Muscle testing is taken to new heights by EA, using 9 stages of testing. Also the use of the Universal Healing Model (UHM) to access various correction techniques and to combine the various other modalities listed below. The integrative abilities of EA have become a foundation of my work.

Touch for Health: developed by Dr. John Thie DC (dec'd.) and is used to balance the bodies energy circuits and more. This wonderful modality together with the theory of the 5 Elements (from Traditional Chinese Medicine) and reactive muscles theory have helped bring health to a huge number of people all over the world.

Neural Organization Technique (N.O.T.): developed by Dr.Carl Ferreri DC (dec'd).The techniques from N.O.T. are used to balance the bodies limbic system and to reset the fight/flight response. These techniques, together with some EA and 3 in 1, have been the basis of our initial consultations for a number of years and N.O.T. is probably the most brilliant work I have seen in Kinesiology.

Three in One Concepts: The amazing work of Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside has developed into a major part of my treatments. Their major philosophy is "WITHOUT STRESS, LIVING CAN BE EASY". Defusing emotional stress for many aspects of life, can be a most rewarding and enlightening experience and is vital to improved health and wellbeing.

Applied Physiology (AP): developed by Richard D. Utt is used to gain insight into how our physiology is affected by various energies.

Wellness Kinesiology: developed by Wayne W. Topping PhD and is another branch dealing with body energy as it is related, among other things, to glands and nutritional information.

Biokinesiology (BK): developed by John Barton and deals primarily with the relationships between muscles and the emotions.
